As a Senior Project Manager for Lend Lease, Mr. Grant supervised construction for all architectural/interior contracts for the 432 Park Avenue 88-story, residential tower with a project value more than $1 billion. The building includes 104 luxury condominiums, a 9,200 sf parking garage, 41,000 sf of retail space, a restaurant with private dining, a health club with swimming pool, screening rooms and office space. Joseph coordinated final design implementation with Rafael Vinoly Architects and served as key liaison to the owner’s development team evaluating project progress and facilitating payment applications and reports.

Mr. Grant worked with the designers and craftsmen to generate mockups of each material in order to select the best materials and assemblies. He made regular visits to quarries and supply houses to work with the owners finding the right materials in each uniquely designed space.
