New home for an adoption agency on the Upper East Side. Leaving their small building with a long history, near Central Park, Spence Chapin moved to a modern development, close to the East River. Along with programming, design and construction administration services, we had the opportunity and challenge of creating a new home that felt as intimate as their previous space, while meeting the modern, collaborative demands of their growing services. The program included a variety of flexible meeting and event spaces, a small medical suite and a mix of open and private offices over two floors. In association with Bromley Caldari Architects.
