Serda received her Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Business Administration degrees from New York Institute of Technology and has over 25 years’ experience in the architecture and construction management industry. She began her career at Kreisler Borg Florman overseeing the comprehensive renovation of several NYCHA projects throughout the Bronx and Manhattan. Serda was directly involved with the first out of the ground fire house to be built after 9/11, in the Rossville section of Staten Island, for the FDNY and DDC during her time at KBF.

She managed the construction for high profile DCAS projects at both 1 Center Street and NYC-City Hall. Serda was tapped by Lend Lease to be the Project Procurement Manager overseeing the procurement of approximately $800M of trade contracts for the National 9-11 Memorial and Museum while at Lend Lease.
Serda expanded her construction expertise while at Turner Construction Co managing notable projects in the academic and medical industries such as NYU College of Nursing, Dental and Bioengineering and the $700M NYU Langone Health Kimmel Pavilion.
Serda joined CNY Group as Senior Project Manager to oversee the $100M condo conversion at the Woolworth Building, adding landmark restoration and high-end residential work to her ever-growing portfolio. Serda followed this historic project with The Crossings at Jamaica Station as a Senior PM overseeing $300M of low income and market rate, high- and mid-rise towers.
Prior to joining Studio 88 Architecture, Serda was Project Executive and Vice President of Design and Construction for two major NYC Developers / Owners. Her oversight and thorough knowledge of the design and construction industries helped to ensure those projects met the owners’ intent and budgetary requirements of their $6B of residential property assets.

Partner - Managing Director
Joseph has over 25 years of experience in architecture, construction management and general contracting. He has been involved in some of NYC’s largest projects and has developed extensive knowledge in building design, production documentation, code analysis, and contract administration. Prior to joining Studio 88, Joe was the Principal Architect at LiRo Architects and Planners where he directed all architecture activities including design services, program management, and contract administration.

He was a Senior Construction Manager at Lend Lease responsible for Interior Construction on the $1 billion + 432 Park Avenue high-rise mixed-use building before joining LiRo.
Prior to this, during his tenure at Davis Brody Bond, he was the managing architect for the World Trade Center Memorial and Museum as well as Columbia University’s Manhattanville Phase I Campus development project. Joseph received the AIA Presidential Citation and Delta Recognition for his work on the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Technology from New York Institute of Technology.

Argiris has over 20 years of total work experience and has been practicing as principal and founder of Studio 88 since 2007. His experience ranges from high end urban and suburban residential design, mixed-use, restaurant and retail design, and exterior rehabilitation work. Argiris has a proven track record of leading large scale projects for clients such as the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), New York City Transit / MTA, the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), DASNY, and GOSR.

Argiris is skilled in all phases of project delivery and is adept in developing tools and methods for successful program implementation. He works across multidisciplinary teams to ensure that projects retain focus on required objectives while seeking opportunities to elevate the design. As the Long Island Unit Manager for LiRo Architects and Planners, Argiris lead operations for the Long Island based group and lead technical, QA/QC, code compliance, feasibility, and constructability checks for all projects.
