As Associate Partner with Davis Brody Bond, Mr. Grant managed construction administration and final design coordination of the Phase I Manhattanville Campus Development. Joseph coordinated the design interface between the Jerome L. Greene Mind Brain Building, Lenfest for the Arts Building and the below grade Central Chiller Plant. He oversaw all construction administrative services and coordinated design implementation with the owner, design team, CM and contractors.
