As the second location of Mia’s Brooklyn Bakery, this Times Square satellite location required efficient use of space. At only 235 square feet Studio 88 worked closely with the owner in selecting and arranging equipment and materials to ensure sufficient back-of-the-house space, while customers are greeted with the sensational aroma of sweet delights and eye popping color.
