Serda received her Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Business Administration degrees from New York Institute of Technology and has over 25 years’ experience in the architecture, construction management and owners’ rep industries.

She has been involved in many notable high-profile projects such as the NYU Langone Kimmel Health Pavilion, the Woolworth Building landmark restoration, The Crossings at Jamaica Station, and the 9/11 Memorial Museum.

Serda’s experience as Project Executive and Vice President of Design and Construction for major NYC Developers / Property Owners will assist in growing the firm and developing our expanding client base.
